Greenfiltec's Nanke Factory uses recycled rainwater to reduce water consumption by more than 80%
Thanks to the abundant rainfall brought by successive typhoons in September and October, the rainwater has significantly contributed to Greenfiltec’s Southern Taiwan Science Park (STSP) plant’s “Water Piggy Bank.”
Comparing water usage between February to August and September to October, the average monthly water consumption in these two months decreased by more than 80%. The “Water Piggy Bank” enables water to be reused for plant irrigation, ecological pond maintenance, and restroom flushing within the facility.
This is a concrete practice of Greenfiltec’s commitment to integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into daily operations.
