Board Performance Evaluation
In accordance with the Code of Practice for Corporate Governance of Listed OTC Companies, the company formulated the “Board Performance Evaluation Measures” on November 11, 110, which was approved by the resolution of the Board of Directors. The performance evaluation of the board of directors shall be carried out every year, and shall be carried out by an external professional independent institution or a team of external experts and scholars at least every three years. The internal and external performance evaluation results of the board of directors shall be completed before the end of the first quarter of the following year.
