Comprehensive control over the R&D process begins with pre-R&D operations, covering intellectual property risk assessment, detailed recording and preservation of the R&D process, and review mechanisms before the R&D results at each stage are made public. Comprehensively improve the quality of R&D proposals, and effectively safeguard the technological development results of the R&D team to ensure the maximization of innovation value.

Patent Layout

Revise the internal management methods related to patents, and clearly regulate the processes of patent proposal, evaluation, application, acquisition, protection, maintenance, use and rewards. At the same time, a patent list is established and the current status of intellectual property is regularly reviewed to ensure that the status and quality of intellectual property are effectively improved and to further strengthen the systematization and accuracy of patent management.

Protection of Confidential Information

Formulate and implement corresponding control measures based on the company’s confidential information classification system, strengthen personnel entry and exit management, and strictly prevent the leakage of company confidential information. Through TIPS re-verification, the company’s corporate governance structure has been improved, and the internal intellectual property system management and control capabilities of Filter Energy have been strengthened. Actively promote intellectual property management education and risk prevention measures, provide systematic education and training for the main output of intellectual property and related departments, and strengthen their Awareness and sensitivity. At the same time, we implement pre-R&D search and risk assessment projects to avoid duplicate R&D and infringement disputes and to record the R&D content in detail as a basis for intellectual property protection and independent innovation evidence.
Establish a comprehensive pre-publication review mechanism for R&D results to effectively reduce the risk of unexamined public disclosure; and strengthen pre-patent application case search and analysis to increase the rate of patent approval .
As of the end of October 2024, Greenfiltec has obtained 38 patents worldwide and strictly follows the internal intellectual property management regulations to regularly inventory, maintain and update patents.
