Board Performance Evaluation
Greenfiltec conducts the performance evaluation of the Board of Directors in accordance with the Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles for Listed and OTC Companies, assessing the overall Board, functional committees, and individual directors. In November 2021, Greenfiltec established the 「”Board of Directors Performance Evaluation Measures,”」 which were approved by the Board, and the evaluation is conducted annually.The performance evaluation covers three main aspects:「 The overall Board of Directors, individual directors, and functional committees.」
